I’ve been a caretaker and interested in how people are doing from an early age. This led me to my academic interest: sociology. My degree focused on social psychology and inequality. These experiences provide the foundations for my social worldview and interest in power. But, intellect alone is blind…
I’ve also been interested in religion, spirituality, and personal development for quite some time. I believe in change from the inside out and beyond. When we step into our authentic power, we embrace our inherent wholeness and are better within our communities. A very stressful time in my life led me to holistic health, which has allowed me to support myself and grow. I have trained in practical tools like yoga, reiki, & sound healing. I’ve also been using tarot & astrology, but these techniques are mostly self-taught at the moment.
I love people and dream of a world where as many of us can thrive as possible. I know it starts with us and believe the powers of love and wisdom are key. I feel we’re better when our hearts are open. In turn, I am pairing my PhD training with my holistic health training to support individuals & communities to empower ourselves and build a more loving, inclusive world.
